The West Texas Leadership meets twice a year for lunch and commiseration. Made up by the leaders in Abilene, Amarillo, El Paso, Lubbock, Midland, Wichita Falls and San Angelo (with welcome add-ons from Santa Fe and Albuquerque), this group offers the chance to delve deeply into leadership issues facing all of us.
